Important High School & Middle School Information

High School practice begins Monday, August 5. Practices will be nightly Mon-Fri from 5-7 PM.

Sat. 10 practice will be 10am-12pm, followed by a picnic for players & families

Mon-Wed. 12th-13th will be from 5-7 pm

Once school starts on 14th, practice every day until 6:00 pm.

Scrimmage/Jamboree on Sat. 17; must have 5 practices to participate.

1st game is Monday 19; must have 8 practices to participate.

School begins Wed. 14.

Practice will be immediately after school daily until 6 PM.

Players for both HS & MS must submit all paperwork before they are allowed to participate in their 1st practice. No exceptions. 

Information about the additional forms needed is listed below. Please see the information listed in the next box (Requirements).

An IHSAA physical form is required to participated on the first night of attendance. All forms are listed below. The website listed is the PHHS website & has all forms on that page.

1. Bring your own water bottle. You may fill it at school, if needed. But no sharing bottles.
2. New/fresh clothes are expected daily.
3. Once practices start on Aug. 5, it is expected that all players will attend every practice.
