The following 2 downloads pertain to the Youth League 

(Northeast Indiana Soccer or NIS).

• The NIS Registration Form can be downloaded & completed. The form can then be mailed to the address provided on the form or it can be brought to the first practice on Sunday, August 18th.
• The NIS Information sheet is a one-page document that contains everything listed on the previous webpage.
